SHIPPING
Shipping is well, just ridiculously expensive these days. We do our best to minimize shipping costs and we do not charge handling or packing charges.If the quote seems high, please reach out. We work with every available shipper and try our best to find the most reasonable option without sacrificing on quality. We can also work with you on white-glove delivery and other options to make sure we select the most appropriate choice. Personal delivery is also available for large order.

WHEN YOU SAY CUSTOM, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
For us, custom means actually custom. Whether you need a piece to measure an exact size, match a color, or made from an exotic wood, we would love to accommodate you. While some other manufacturers claim to offer custom services, they still have very cookie-cutter designs and parameters. With us, our design space is infinite.
DO YOU ONLY DO WORK FOR TAXIDERMISTS, OR WILL YOU WORK WITH ANYONE.
The simple answer is YES. We work with everyone, with no preference given to a business or individual. While we started the business filling the needs of taxidermists, we have thrived on working with individuals on creating the pieces of their dreams. We can also build custom habitats to match our bases.

Plus, we also do interior design!! While our website doesn't focus on it at this time, we can build custom tables, benches, built-in cabinets, pantries, and more!
IS ALL INVENTORY AVAILABLE AT TIME OF PURCHASE?
While many items listed on this site are in stock, due to our customization and color options, some items will be started once the order is placed. In general, small items will require 3-5 business days for completion with larger items requiring 7-10 business days. We do things the old-fashioned way, so a lot of cutting, planning, sanding, gluing, staining, and finishing go into every order. No mass production here!
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH BNM DESIGN?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! Please reach out if you have any issues with an order, and we will respond ASAP. Additionally, if you are ordering a custom piece, be prepared for a lot of questions!!! Just kidding, I promise there won't be too many, but we will need to get all the details locked down prior to starting the order, to ensure the project goes smoothly.
